Thirty years' experience gained in different companies and sectors, covering different roles and acquiring cross-cutting skills. Starting in production departments, he then developed his career by entering the world of purchasing in a leading company in the power transmission sector, where he acquired important procurement, management and negotiation skills, as well as a systemic vision of how a structured company works.
After 5 years and with a desire to grow, he then becomes Purchasing and Logistics Manager in a plant engineering company (Automatic Foundry Equipment).
He totally changed sectors when he decided to gain experience abroad, with the role of Marketing & Sales Manager in a newly built Resort in Thailand.
After 4 intense years, which enriched him professionally and humanly, and after managing, together with a formidable team, to achieve great results that were initially unthinkable, he returned to his homeland and re-entered the world of purchasing, first in a company of a major group in the Lifting sector, then in a company of Precision Metal Carpentry and Electromechanical Assembly, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager. Ita has been 7 years of many satisfactions, excellent results and great professional growth, with the acquisition of new skills in the areas of Management Control, Lean Manufacturing and Human Resources Management and with the approach to Coaching that led him to obtain the diploma of Life & Career Coach.
Tourism, however, had left its mark and he began a new adventure by creating an online Tour Operator specialized in creating "unconventional" experiences to discover Italy, its unique beauties and the food and wine that makes it unique in the world, an experience in which he acquired skills in digital marketing, e-commerce and effective communication on social media, made of images, content and emotions.

After a lot of training and deepening of the topics experienced in the field, he understood what really gives him satisfaction and decided to enter the world of consulting, making available to Entrepreneurs, Managers and young StartUppers, the experiences and skills acquired, flanking and supporting them towards the achievement of their goals and towards the success of their projects.

In Roncucci&Partners he is in charge of managing and improving all processes and activities, with the aim of developing the business in terms of growth, effectiveness and operational efficiency.
