Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, Kariem, came to Roncucci & Partners in the summer of 2023 after completing his master’s degree in digital marketing and corporate communication from Bologna Business School.
Bringing with him almost 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur to the team, Kariem is passionate about connecting with fellow business owners all over the globe and brings a growth mindset when designing strategies to take client brands from a local feature to the world stage.
A self-proclaimed recovering accountant, Kariem spent the last 14 years as an Enrolled Agent representing clients before the IRS and filing tax returns for American businesses. These days he combines his unique skill set as Project Coordinator for Roncucci and Partners, offering tax guidance for the American market and designing smart marketing campaigns with a focus on utilizing acquired data to optimize marketing resources to effortlessly reach business goals.
