25 Years of Roncucci&Partners

Today is a beautiful day. Today is our 25th birthday, and we are proud to still be here. It is difficult to recount a quarter-century-long story without self-congratulation, without rhetoric, and without remembering the good times and the bad times we have experienced. We keep them in our memory.
An anniversary is not just a date, but also a point of observation: it helps you understand what really matters. It is an opportunity to stop and reflect. 25 years ago, I didn’t think it would be so difficult, but I also didn’t think it would be so exciting. Working with others to achieve goals is a value, a daily commitment, a continuous challenge, a dream to be realized every day.
There is a ritual that has accompanied me on this day for years: the walk up to San Luca. Step by step.

This year, the climb has been even more meaningful: I have shared it with colleagues who, client after client, project after project, have built this company. Some have been here from the beginning, while others arrived later but are already part of the journey.
I also like to think about the journey still ahead of us, to share where we want to go. Knowing who we are helps us understand what we want to be. The world has changed a lot, and it continues to change rapidly. Market rules have changed, and complexity has increased. Expectations have grown. And digital technology has transformed processes, organizations, and even the way decisions are made.
25 Years of Change
Supporting companies in becoming more competitive is a complex and difficult process. It can only be tackled by adapting to a changing world, trying to predict change, and sometimes anticipating it. It is a challenging but stimulating undertaking.
Three things are essential:
- The relationships we have built: with colleagues, with companies, with our partners.
- The seriousness with which we have approached the more than 1,000 projects we have completed, with decisions made in constantly evolving situations, on paths of shared growth between clients and colleagues.
- The desire to succeed, to achieve our goals, for our clients and for ourselves.
We have chosen to evolve without losing our identity, continuing to work on one fixed point: combining strategy and operations. Because we need to define the goal and then build concrete paths, where we need to measure, correct, and work as a team.
25 Years of Projects
We have seen projects come to a halt, restart, and change direction. We have seen fear, courage, determination, and imagination. We have seen 60 different countries in which to try to work, with the effort of reading them, interpreting them, and adapting to them. Preparing companies, accompanying companies, and helping companies succeed is an honor and a commitment, and it requires consistency, the ability to understand, advise, support, and embrace change as a critical variable for success. And the satisfaction is the entrepreneur’s gratitude, which can never be taken for granted.
25 Years of Future
What will the next 25 years be like? Certainly more dynamic, but also more uncertain. They will be full of opportunities for those who prepare themselves, but also more complex in terms of navigating ever-changing waters. For us, this means helping companies grow in a structured, measurable, and consistent way, changing their daily perspective in line with a new vision of the future to be shared both inside and outside the company. With strategy, tools, and new skills. But with the awareness that the future cannot be expected: it must be prepared for, together.
Thanks to our colleagues, customers, friends, and all those who have been part of these first 25 years. Let’s now prepare for the next 25, to be built together.
